Strategy 3.1 of the District's Strategic Plan states that "Each school will establish a student behavior skills utilizing site planning and/or school improvement process". The Behavior Management Program adopted by each school must research based and in compliance with the three-tiered Millard Public Schools RtI+I model. As of August 2015, sixteen schools have implemented Behavior Intervention Support Team (BIST), fifteen schools have implemented Positive Behavior Interventions and Support. These schools are identified below.
