ENROLLMENT INFORMATION


Millard Public Schools utilizes Online Registration for all students currently enrolled in the district. As part of this update process you can add new students, living in your household. 

Please review/update your currently enrolled student's information via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Online Registration process.

You will need your Infinite Campus username and password to complete this process. If you created a username and password last year but you cannot recall them, please select the link below and choose the "Forgot your password" or "Forgot your Username" Link (located.


If you are unable to retrieve your username or password using the recovery links, please call (402) 715-8000 for assistance. 

Parents of returning students are required to review/update their student's information via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Online Registration process.

If you are adding new students to your household that will start in the 2019-20, collect the REQUIRED documents listed below. As part of the registration process, you will upload these documents into your student's application. These documents must be saved to your desktop as a PDF to be uploaded. These documents are required for ALL Kindergarteners and students NEW to Millard Public Schools.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency - signed purchase/lease agreement or current utility bill (i.e. OPPD, MUD, Cable)
  • Immunization records from birth to present (student's immunizations must be compliant prior to the first day of school)
  • Physical - All students entering Kindergarten, 7th Grade and NEW students coming from another state are required by Nebraska State Law to submit a physical completed after February 15, 2019. If your child's physical or immunization updates are not scheduled until after you complete your online registration you may email them to enrollment.helpdesk@mpsomaha.org as soon as they are available. Please provide your student's name and the OLR application number in the subject line of the email.

Please Note: These documents are required before your child can start school on August 12, 2019 (Preschool on August 14th, 2019).  

Please select the button below you currently have students enrolled in Millard Public Schools.You will also select the button below if you currently have students enrolled in Millard Public Schools AND you want to register new students for the 2019-20 school year. 

Once you access the Parent Portal, please select "More" on the left hand side of the webpage than choose Online Registration. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your student/s registration
